Based in York with offices already in Cambridge, Chichester, Colchester, Daventry, Doncaster, Newcastle, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Wellingborough, and Scarborough, Metzger Business Search is actively working with Green Building Renewables to research and identify potential regional renewables companies to help grow its business across the UK.
Since the collaboration began, Metzger Business Search has enabled Green Building Renewables to acquire MyElectrical Renewables Ltd (formerly MyElectrical Northern) in Scarborough, Eco-Energy UK Power Ltd in Hertfordshire, Solar Voltaics Ltd on the South Coast and Steve Cross Plumbing & Heating Ltd in Oxfordshire. With several other acquisitions currently in discussion, Green Building Renewables hopes to expand its operations into more regions within England in 2023 and 2024.
Chris Delaney, Managing Director, Green Building Renewables, comments: Working with Metzger has already been extremely rewarding. They have expanded our resources to find, identify, and research potential companies to join our network. The calibre of the business they have found matches our ambition and vision for Green Building Renewables.
Efficient Building Solutions CEO, Philip Fellowes-Prynne, who is actively involved in the acquisition process on behalf of Green Building Renewables said,” We have been extremely impressed with Metzger and the working relationship they have created with us. Their expertise in identifying prospective businesses to join Green Building Relationship is helping to ensure that we build the business we want and in the long term, which will help transform people’s homes.
