Exclusive Services Group acquire Brayborne Facilities Services and Brayborne Specialist Services

Exclusive Services Group Limited, a privately owned family business providing cleaning services to the retail, leisure, media and commercial business sectors, has successfully completed the acquisition of Brayborne Facilities Services Limited and Brayborne Specialist Services Limited, one of the UK's most respected and successful contract cleaning companies. Jim Melvin, Group CEO states "In terms of the criteria set, we have every belief and expectation that this will not only be a successful operational and service based acquisition but also that it will be very much a meeting of minds in terms of culture and ethos".
