Adrian Gloss

Adrian began his career in consumer marketing with an international blue chip manufacturer. After joining a franchised retailer he took on a key operations role and since that time has held senior franchise and B2B roles in Hospitality, Communications, Law and most recently Facilities Management. His experience covers: Business Development, Network Improvement, Systems Implementation and Tender Management.

Adrian joined the Metzger Team in February 2026 as a Consultant and assists with the various Ansor Projects.

Outside of work Adrian enjoys hiking in the nearby Peak District, as well as being a keen supporter of England Rugby.
